These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExamReady website and all tools available at examready-india.netlify.app ("the Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ExamReady provides free browser-based tools including but not limited to:

• Photo and signature resizing for competitive exam forms
• Image compression and format conversion
• PDF compression and merging
• Aadhaar PDF password removal
• Document scanning and enhancement
• Exam-specific photo/signature specification guides

All tools process files locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Free to Use

ExamReady is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, but all current core tools will remain free.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ExamReady only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to process or create fraudulent, forged or manipulated documents for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or copy the website's source code for commercial redistribution
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service in a manner that places excessive load on our servers
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security features of the website

5. Accuracy of Exam Specifications

ExamReady provides photo and signature size specifications based on publicly available official notifications. However:

• Exam specifications can change with each recruitment cycle
• We make reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times
• Always verify specifications with the official exam notification or portal before submitting your application
• ExamReady is not responsible for form rejections due to specification changes after our last update

6. Intellectual Property

The ExamReady website design, logo, content, and code are owned by ExamReady and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

The open-source libraries used (PDF.js, PDF-lib) are subject to their respective licences.

7. Disclaimers

ExamReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The output files will be accepted by any specific exam portal
• The exam specifications listed are current or complete
• The Aadhaar PDF unlocker will work with all versions of Aadhaar PDFs

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity due to form rejection, loss of data, or any other losses arising from your use of the service.

9. Third-Party Links

ExamReady may contain links to official exam portals and third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of ExamReady at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ExamReady after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
