IBPS Clerk 2026 Document Matrix
The IBPS PO and Clerk applications use identical size limits for their document uploads[cite: 15]. Here are the exact parameters:

⚠️ Signature Rule: Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted. Sign naturally using a black ink pen. If your signature is in blue, use our tool to convert it to black[cite: 8].
Preparing the Handwritten Declaration
You must write the declaration on a plain white sheet of paper using a black pen. The text must be in your own handwriting. Do not write the declaration in all capital letters.
